Shipping policy

SHIPPING

During the COVID-19 outbreak we will be shipping all in stock items weekly. You should receive your order within 5-10 days. 

Your order will be packed in a sanitised environment by one person. If you are shielding, we recommend you open your order 3 days after receiving your purchase in your home. 

If placing an order from outside the UK we suggest you check in with us to ensure we can deliver the parcel to you. If there is problem with closed borders, your order can either be refunded or postponed until it is possible to send.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
