Mien women often compete to have the tiniest and most perfect embroidery.
This is a fine example of beautifully tiny and perfect work and was originally a panel from the back of a woman's coat.
As with all the pieces they are difficult to date, but approx 50-70 years old
MATERIALS
Silk Pink, black and white thread on high thread count naturally dyed indigo cloth.
CARE
Ideally do not wash.
Hand wash extremely carefully if absolutely necessary.
